Do I need a company secretary?
Yes. Under the Companies Act 2016, every Sdn Bhd must appoint at least one company secretary within 30 days of incorporation. The secretary must live in Malaysia and be licensed by SSM or a member of a recognised professional body.

Switching from your current secretary

Fees
Our company secretary service is a monthly fee. Ask us for a quote. If you're starting a new company, we'll register your Sdn Bhd for RM0 when you appoint us.
